McGinnis Lochridge welcomes attorney Clarke Heidrick as a new partner in the firm, effective Friday, March 23. Heidrick brings over 40 years of expertise to the corporate section of McGinnis Lochridge, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, commercial transactions and banking.

Heidrick is well-known among the Austin business community, as a former chair of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and past president of Austin Area Research Organization (AARO). In 2014, Heidrick was honored as Austinite of the Year by the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce.
