Robbi, who represents McCoy-Rockford, a Texas company, argued before the Third Court of Appeals in Austin that the district court’s recognition of Personal Jurisdiction and denial of a Special Appearance should be upheld and that the appeal filed by the by the defendant, Industrial Product Formulators of America, Inc., a California based company, should be denied.
