McGinnis Lochridge Oil & Gas attorneys Tim George, Donald Jackson and Bruce Kramer will be speaking at the Texas Bar CLE’s 37th Annual Course on Advanced Oil, Gas and Energy Resource Law event taking place in Houston. The course will provide attendees with 14 hours of MCLE credits.
On Thursday, September 19, Partner Tim George will give a presentation on “Force-Pooling for Horizontal Wells Under the Mineral Interest Pooling Act.”
On Friday, September 20, Partner Donald Jackson will discuss “Trespass Cases,” followed by an analysis of “State preemption of Local Ordinances,” given by Of Counsel Bruce Kramer.
Donald Jackson wrote about the issue of underground trespass for Law360 in January 2019. Tim George previously participated in this course in 2010 and 2016.
