McGinnis Lochridge announced today that its Houston office will relocate to 609 Main St., Suite 2800, Houston on September 4th. The move is the result of significant growth in 2018 and 2019. The new office space is 14,000 square feet and will be able to accommodate the continued addition of both attorneys and support staff for the foreseeable future. The firm was represented in the deal by Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners and HPI Tenant Advisors.
