Partner and Oil and Gas Practice Chair, Jonathan Baughman will moderate “View from the Bench” at the 15th Annual Energy Litigation Conference presented by the Center for American and International Law (CAIL) on November 3rd. During the panel Jonathan, along with three judges, will share their individual perspectives on trends in energy litigation and the management and prosecution of energy based proceedings.
