Ray Chester, a Partner at McGinnis Lochridge, took the stand to testify in the Ken Paxton impeachment trial on September 13, 2023. Mr. Chester was a witness in the trial due to his representation of the Mitte Foundation, a charitable organization that made investments with Nate Paul.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was acquitted on 16 articles of impeachment after eight days of witness testimony on Saturday, September 17.
