McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to welcome Catherine Curtis as special counsel to the firm’s General Litigation practice group.
Curtis has significant experience in bankruptcy and related litigation, including creditor and debtor issues, executory contracts, leases, plan confirmation and adequate protection orders.
“Catherine’s background will make her a valuable resource for our clients and team,” said Bill Daniel, chair of the firm’s Financial Services practice group. “Her bankruptcy experience, in particular, is a tremendous asset for the firm.”
Curtis earned her J.D. from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). She received her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
