McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to announce that the firm has elected two attorneys to partner – Daniel Clemons and Andrew Edge.
Dan has held many roles, including outside counsel, in-house counsel, head of legal operations, and as a revenue analyst. This wide range of experience gives Dan a unique perspective when assisting clients with legal issues. Dan focuses his practice on outside general counsel representation, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and other commercial transactions. He has negotiated hundreds of contracts governing various types of corporate transactions, including technology products and services procurement, data licensing, event hospitality, leasing and facilities maintenance, speaker engagements, and employment/consulting arrangements.
Prior to joining McGinnis Lochridge, Dan worked as Head of Legal Operations & Vice President for an investment firm, where he managed a global legal department, among other responsibilities.
Andrew’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including intellectual property, constitutional, product liability, and commercial disputes. He represents a diverse set of clients, including governmental entities, corporations, and individuals. Andrew offers his clients a broad perspective on litigation matters, having significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Andrew’s experience spans state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, arbitration, and administrative forums.
Andrew is an integral member of the McGinnis Lochridge Products Liability Group which was named the 2015 Product Liability Litigation Department of the Year by Texas Lawyer.
