McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to announce the newest addition to our team. Cassandra Pillonel joins the firm as the Attorney Development and Recruitment Manager.
Cassandra brings over 8 years of experience in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining attorneys across multiple states and has experience managing both attorneys and legal staff. She joins the firm from Zinda Law Group, where she served as Director of Attorneys and Staff and created transparency for attorney progression from new hire to partner, defining milestones for the trajectory. Cassandra attended SMU and has also practiced civil litigation since graduation.
With McGinnis Lochridge, Cassandra will locate, recruit, hire, and train top attorney talent. We look forward to seeing her help take the firm to new heights.
