McGinnis Lochridge Partner, Paul Simpson shared his view with Law360 of the favorable ruling by the Texas First Court of Appeals on multi-million-dollar fraud claim victory on behalf of his clients, the Hooks family in the matter of Charles G. Hooks, III, et. al. v. Samson Lone Star, Limited Partnership n/k/a Samson Lone Star, LLC.

The McGinnis Lochridge team included Partners Paul Simpson, Pat Lochridge and Derrick Price.
