Felicity Fowler, McGinnis Lochridge Partner & Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in 2019 by the National Diversity Council. Fowler, along with the other honorees, will be feted at a breakfast celebration in Houston on October 29 during Legal Diversity Week.
Fowler was chosen for her experience, leadership and commitment to supporting diversity in the legal profession, embodying the mission of the National Diversity Council, which focuses on recognizing and honoring prominent leaders in the legal community who champion diversity.
Legal Diversity Week, which takes place over a four-day period, includes panels, symposiums, presentations, CLE workshops, and networking events. Activities throughout the week provide opportunities to have candid discussions about the changing workplace landscape regarding issues of diversity and inclusion, and to develop best practices for workplaces to embrace these changes.
