Attorneys Morgan Johnson and Brytne Kitchin will present “Drones in the Courtroom” at the Texas Justice Court Judges Association’s Education and Technology Conference in Austin on July 19th. They will cover the chronology of drone legislation, case law, statutes, and regulations. Morgan and Brytne will also discuss the legal issues that judges and judicial staff will likely come across in the courtroom due to the increasing use of drone technology. Following the presentation will be a demonstration of drones and their capabilities by Gene Robinson from Done Pilot, Inc. Gene also also served as an exhibitor at the McGinnis Lochridge UAS/Drone Practice Group Launch event last year.
