Overview

Dan has held many roles, including outside counsel, in-house counsel, head of legal operations, and revenue analyst. This wide range of experience gives Dan a unique and highly practical perspective when assisting clients with legal issues. Dan provides outside general counsel representation to businesses of various sizes and industries, and he serves as a trusted advisor in corporate governance matters, securities offerings and investments, and mergers and acquisitions. He has negotiated hundreds of contracts governing various types of corporate transactions, including technology products and services procurement, intellectual property licensing, real estate leasing and maintenance, event hospitality, sponsorships, speaker engagements, and employment/consulting arrangements.

Prior to joining McGinnis Lochridge, Dan was Counsel, Head of Legal Operations & Vice President for a global investment firm with over $500 billion in assets under management.
