Campbell McGinnis leads McGinnis Lochridge’s Electric Energy Practice Group. He frequently litigates electric utility regulatory matters before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, including electric transmission line certification cases and major electric utility rate cases. He provides corporate, business and legislative counseling as well.
Campbell also serves as legal counsel for a large Catholic Diocese and a religious order, handling a broad range of general business matters. He has been listed in Best Lawyers© in the field of Energy Law since 2008.
